Observation. C7.10 Reg. 47 - The hot water was tested today at 52.2 degrees Celsius. Any heated water accessible to children must not be more than 49 degrees Celsius to reduce the risk of burns. The contravention was discussed and reviewed at the time of the inspection with the licensee contact. Submit to Licensing Officer, T. Ruhr by April 28th, 2025 identifying how you have corrected this contravention.

Observation. Ensure heated water accessible to children is not more than 49 degrees Celsius. At the time of the inspection Licensing's test of water temperature produced a result of 51.4 degrees Celsius.

Observation. The outdoor deck's carpet presents a trip hazard. Ensure this is made safe and have a daily plan so this area is safe as discussed.

Observation. A sampling of child records were reviewed and some were found to be missing doctor phone numbers.

Observation. The rebounder trampolines require safety covers to be secured as per the manufacturers guidelines to prevent injury. The red trike is missing a pedal exposing the medal which creates a possible hazard. Ensure the climber meets the Manufacturers safety and installation standards and guidelines. It appears that the resilient material does not adequately cover fall zones an is placed too close to the side of the house.
