The contravention was discussed and reviewed at the time of the inspection with the licensee contact. Submit to Licensing Officer, T. Ruhr by April 28th, 2025 identifying how you have corrected this contravention.

Observation. A sampling of child records were reviewed and some were found to be missing doctor phone numbers.

Observation. The rebounder trampolines require safety covers to be secured as per the manufacturers guidelines to prevent injury. The red trike is missing a pedal exposing the medal which creates a possible hazard. Ensure the climber meets the Manufacturers safety and installation standards and guidelines. It appears that the resilient material does not adequately cover fall zones an is placed too close to the side of the house.
