  Observation. The emergency plan includes food supplies that are expired. Expired food may present a risk to children if consumed. Submit by December 19, 2025 evidence of emergency food supplies being replenished. The fire drill for November has not been implemented and recorded. Implementing monthly fire drills supports the effectiveness of the fire drill system in the event of an emergency. Submit by December 24, 2025 evidence of the monthly fire drill being implemented.

  Observation. The washroom handwashing water temperature measured at 60.5°C. Hot water temperature above 49°C degrees presents a risk of burn to children. Submit by December 19, 2025 evidence of reducing the hot water temperature within the acceptable level.

  Observation. The fire extinguisher has not been serviced annually. Please ensure this is completed as soon as possible. The facility has a Little Tikes climber installed over the grass which is considered a hard surface. Please ensure you meet the Manufacturers safety and installation guidelines as this is required as noted in the Standard of Practice - Safe Play Space document.
