Observation. C2.1C - Reg. 22 - There is an emergency plan in place however, it is incomplete of recovery actions. The emergency supplies are lacking some essential necessities such as food and water. A resource for emergency plan considerations has been provided with this report.

Observation. C4.1E - Reg. 57 - The child records that would be taken off site for a field trip or emergency included black and white child photos but no other information that can be used to readily identify a child in an emergency. A child record was observed today missing thorough special instruction regarding a potential medical event. As per section 57(h) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation this is to be provided by the parent and agreed upon with the Licensee/Manager.
