  Observation. C2.1C - Reg. 22 - The facility has an emergency plan however it is incomplete of full details on how to prepare, mitigate, respond, and recover from an emergency. A resource has been provided with this report that gives considerations to creating a detailed plan for potential emergencies.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. C3.1C - Reg. 19 - One staff file was observed today missing a record of work history and evidence of training and skills required to meet the qualifications of a responsible adult as per section 19 and 29 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. C4.1E - Reg. 57 - A child record was observed today missing special instruction regarding a potential medication need.

• C9.1 - Are there plans and actions in place to ensure medications are stored and administered properly?Non-critical

  Observation. C9.1C - Reg. 53 - Medication was observed today in a child's backpack that was accessible to all children. This was resolved during the inspection and the backpack will be stored on a higher shelf that is not accessible to the children.

  Observation. Some child records are missing phone numbers for the doctor.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The sand box is in disrepair with the wood cover caved in and splintered. Ensure this is repaired, removed, or replaced to ensure safety. A Little Tikes climber is installed over a hard surface. As discussed please ensure this equipment if used meets the manufacturers installation and safety guidelines.
