  Observation. Employee records were reviewed. Some required records were missing, including one employee's reference checks, and one employee's responsible adult certificate. Ensure all employee records are obtained prior to an employee starting. Submit by November 28, 2025, confirmation that missing records have been added to each employee's file.

  Observation. Child records were reviewed. Some required information was missing, including the name and phone number of the child's medical practitioner, a child's medical insurance number and a child's start date. Ensure all required information is gathered prior to a child starting. Submit by November 28, 2025, confirmation that the missing information has been added to each child's record.

  Observation. Daily inspections of the outdoor play space have not been recorded, although monthly and annual have. In future, please ensure all daily inspections are recorded so licensing may review them.
