Observation. An infant child was observed sleeping in a downstairs room while the Licensee was on a separate floor with the remaining children. Continuous supervision was not maintained for the sleeping child for the duration of the inspection. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to ensure children are supervised at all times for the health and safety of the child while in care. A response is required by June 10, 2026 to outline how children will be supervised at all times as required.

Observation. Lawn maintenance substances are kept on a low shelf in the shed in the backyard. The label on the bottles read "Keep out of reach of children". It is the responsibility of the Licensee to ensure children do not have access to any hazardous substances for the health and safety of the child while in care. A response is required by June 19, 2026 to outline how the risk has been mitigated.
