Observation. Upon inspection licensing observed - The fridge temperature at the facility measured at 14 degrees Celsius. - Shelf used for storage has not been secured, posing a fall hazard.

Observation. Upon review of 4 staff files, 2 staff did not have certificates verified by the system maintained by the early childhood educator registry. The Manager explained she was unaware that a certificate should be verified each time it is renewed.
