    Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed: -broken toys in the outdoor play area posing a hazard -a play structure that needs to be sanded. The Manager explained that the yard is frequently checked for hazards.

    Observation. A Child with an indicated allergy did not have a care plan developed in consultation with the parent. The Manager explained that she was unaware of this allergy.

    Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed that a drawer in the kitchen area, located at children's height, had needles in thread and an exacto knife. The Manager explained the thread and needle were used to patch a tail on a stuffed animal, and the exacto knife was used to cut cardboard bunnies for an Easter art activity.

    Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. Upon inspection Licensing the following was observed: -A drawer in the kitchen area at the children's height had three containers with medication accessible to the children. Licensee stated she placed the medications in the drawer on the day of the inspection. Licensee corrected this contravention during inspection. -A fire place has been added to the play area for use in the facility. Fire place is accessible to children. Licensing is concerned as it poses as a potential burning hazard.

    Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees
