Observation. The Minor Incident Log, Outdoor Inspection Log, Fire Drill and Emergency Preparedness Practice Logs, and Attendance records have been determined to be complete and up-to-date. Upon review of a sampling of child registration records it has been noted that some require a start date, or the year of starting in order to be complete. Start dates, including the year, are required in order to record when the child started receiving care in the facility. A care plan is required to be developed for one child with a medical condition/allergy noted in their registration information. Care plans are required to ensure children receive the care and support required in order to provide healthy, safe and dignified care based on each child's individual needs as necessary to ensure all employees are aware of any medical conditions/allergies the children have, what symptoms to look for, and how to respond to those symptoms if necessary. Notify Licensing of updates of registration records and development of the care plan as necessary on or by March 20, 2026.

Observation. Upon review of all employee records it was noted that one required a validation of the emplolyee qualification certificate from the ECE Registry website. Also, the same record required a statement of immunizations status concerning COVID-19 vaccinations. The vaccination information was added to the file during the inspection.

Observation. Upon review of employee records it was noted that validation of certificates is not present to demonstrate that certificates are valid, also it was noted that immunization status, including COVID-19 status are not present.

Observation. Upon review of an employee record on site, and data system facility information it was noted that a criminal record check is required for one employee.

Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that one required a medical practitioner's name and number. Discussed system for reviewing and updating child records regularly.
