  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records, and discussion with the Licensee it was determined that other identifying information is required to be added to child records. Other identifying information is used in the event Emergency Services is looking for a child. Notify Licensing of addition of this information to child records on or by November 14, 2025. Upon review of the Minor Incident Log, Outdoor Inspection log, Fire Drill Practice log, Emergency Preparedness Practice log, and Attendance records, it was determined that all appeared complete and up-to-date.

  Observation. Upon review of child records it was noted that other identifying information was not present in registration information available. The Outdoor inspection log, Minor Incident log, Fire Drill record and Emergency Preparedness Practice record were reviewed and appeared up-to-date and complete.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon testing the hot water temperature, it measured at 54 degrees Celsius, above the 49 maximum allowable. Equipment and materials appear to be in good repair, and are appropriate to the ages and development of the children served.

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that care plans require more information in order to be complete. Upon review and discussion of minor incident log, it was determined that not all minor incidents are being documented consistently.
