  Observation. Upon review of Licensing records it was determined that Criminal Record Check clearance letters are required for any person over 12 years of age living in the home.

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that some required information was not present. Fire drill practice record, Emergency Preparedness Plan practice record, minor incident log, outdoor play area maintenance and repair log all reviewed, no concerns noted.
