  Observation. The facility is currently operating two programs in the morning. Current staffing levels are adequate for the operation of only one program at a time. Staffing to child ratios as outlined in the Child Care Licensing Regulation are required at all times. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before October 20, 2025.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. One child's care plan has not been reviewed in over one year. A yearly review (at minimum) is important to ensure the information in the care plan is accurate and up to date to ensure health and safety of the child. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before October 23, 2025.

  Observation. Two employees were missing evidence that references have been checked. One employee was missing evidence compliance with immunization and TB control programs. Employees did not practice a fire drill in June 2022. There are no fire extinguishers located in the child care facility.

  Observation. One child's record was missing a care card number. One child's record was missing doctor's information.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Cleaning products were accessible to children, under kitchen sink. This was corrected during inspection.
