A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing found an uncoiled garden hose in the outdoor play area.

- RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. Licensing observed that attendance record did not contain children's specific time of arrival and departure. Manager stated that majority of the children arrive on-time but there are times where children arrive later than their scheduled times. Education was provided on the importance of accurate attendance times.
Corrective action. Please ensure there is a record showing children's arrival and departure

Observation. Licensing reviewed 2 staff files and both files did not contain evidence of certificate validation
