    Observation. During a review of children's files, it was found that three were missing care care numbers.

    Observation. The Manager's first aid certificate expired in December 2024. The second staff person (ECE) has a current first aid certificate, however, she is not present from open to close.

    Corrective action. The Manager will obtain a current first aid certification.

    A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed the emergency kits, there were 6 out 8 kits for the children and some of the food was expired.

    Corrective action. The licensee said they will ask parents for the kits and ensure that the food is replenished.

    Corrective action. The staff said they will speak with the parents and get them to fill the form out.
