- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. -Towels were placed on top of the carpet. This could present a tripping hazard. These was removed during the inspection -One bottle of bleach and water was available for use. Two bottles of bleach and water are recommended for washing tables and diaper changes to prevent cross contamination. -An outlet was missing a plug cover

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection Licensing observed that the Manager's name was not posted in a prominent place. This was corrected during the inspection.
