EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. -The outdoor climber was located close to other toys and the fence. The climber must have a six foot fall distance around the climber to prevent a potential injury -The emergency exit door was not identified with a sign. This may be difficult to find in case of emergency.

A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Diaper cream was located at the children's level. This was removed during the inspection. -Disinfectant wipes were located above the children's cubby. This was removed during the inspection. -A loose cord was observed. This was removed during the inspection.
