    A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - There was no sign out record for children who were being transferred from downstairs classroom to upstairs classroom - Attendance sheet was not with the teachers in the upstairs classroom. Teachers confirm that there is an app that they use to ensure all children are signed in.

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure that the attendance record accurately reflect the classroom that the children are in.

    Observation. Reviewed seven children's files, and two of the children's files were missing information to guide and direct staff actions when children are showing allergy symptoms.

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure that instructions are obtained from the parents.
