This is a repeat contravention on routine inspection #CGEE-CSBVHS 30-May-2023.

A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility both the licence, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and the name of the manager.

Observation. Licensing observed the following: - The old licence (In-Home Multi-Age) was still displayed in the facility. The new licence (GCC under 36 months) which the facility manager has on-site, and which was issued with an effective date of Aug. 22, 2024 must be displayed in the facility prominently. - The facility manager's name was not displayed

Observation. Licensing observed on Sept. 26 & 27, 2024 that there was one child present who was over 36 months old.

Corrective action. As the facility has a licence for Group Child Care (under 36 months old) issued on Aug. 22, 2024, the child is over the age limit. The facility manager said that this is due to the facility still in contact with the funding agency. The facility will need to ensure to follow the specifications of the licence (having children under 36 months). The facility manager mentioned on Sept. 27, 2024 to Licensing that the child will no longer be in care starting Oct.1st.
