Corrective action. The assistant manager said they are washed every week. She will ensure that they are only using a towel once after hand washing.
15030 - CCLR s.46(1) - POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. 1) Licensing observed the fire extinguisher is expired 2) Licensing reviewed the emergency kits which only had food and water. The food was expired.
Corrective action. 1) The assistant manager did not have to time to get it inspected but said she will make sure it's inspected annually. 2) The assistant manager said she will look into other alternatives for the emergency supplies and ensure there is more than just food and water.
