    A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are (a) suitable for the age and development of the children. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is a trampoline accessible to children in the outdoor area. As per the trampoline's instructions, it is intended for use by children 3+ old, making this piece of equipment unsuitable for this group of children (under 36 months). By the end of the inspection, the trampoline was removed from the outdoor area.

    Corrective action. Please ensure equipment accessible to children is age and developmentally appropriate.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection Licensing observed the following: -The door to the garage was open. Inside the garage were various chemicals and a lawnmower. This was corrected during the inspection -The room to the office was accessible. A washing machine was currently running and could present a potential hazard. This was corrected during the inspection. -Two cords were hanging down from an outlet. These were removed during the inspection

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. During the inspection the following was observed inside the facility: -plastic bags were located within easy reach of the children. This could pose a potential suffocation hazard. This is a repeat contravention from inspection # CLAN-B96QKN. This was corrected during the inspection -diaper creams were accessible to children. This could cause a potential poisoning hazard. This is a repeat contravention from inspection # CLAN-B96QKN. This was corrected during the inspection -an electrical outlet was missing a plug cover. This was corrected during the inspection The following was observed outside the facility in the play area and the entry way: -a bag of ice melt. This was open and could cause a potential poisoning hazard. This was corrected during the inspection. -the garage door was unlocked. In the garage there was a law mower and chemicals. -a trap was observed at the children's level within reach. Rust was observed on the trap and could cause a potential health hazard. -a hose was hanging over the fence in serveral places. This could cause a potential strangulation hazard.

    Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided to children at all times.
