    A licensee must ensure that each piece of furniture or equipment for sleeping (b) is clean and comfortable. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mats were stored with sheets touching, which can give opportunity for and are washed once per week.

    Corrective action. Licensee said moving forward they will remove sheets and wash bedding daily, then store them separately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Thumb tacks were used on walls accessible to children in care. Licensee removed them during inspection. Blind cords were hanging accessible to children in care, posing choking risk. Licensee moved them during inspection,

    Observation. The change pad in the bathroom was covered in a fabric cover, and was visibly soiled at the time of the inspection.

    Corrective action. Please ensure the change pad is easy to sanitize, and sanitized after each use.

    Observation. DLSOP Safe Play Space –debris was observed on the playground surface,including; broken tile and discarded paint tray.

    Corrective action. Please ensure the parameter of the play area is reviewed and all debris are removed prior use.
