  Observation. The facility had completed the annual evacuation drill, however they had no record.

  Corrective action. The manager will consider a plan and provide a written response to address this.

  Observation. In discussion with the Manager, Licensing observed that although the emergency drill was practiced as an eathquake drill, there was no written record. Licensing discussed the intent of the annual evacation drill to be that of evacuation to the secondary location as stated in the faciity policies, in case of emergency at the facility and for the information to be recorded in the same manner as the fire drills, which Licensing acknowledges were complete.

  Corrective action. Please ensure the evacuation drill is documented when completed.

• EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One drawer contained storage of shopping bags which were accessible to children.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
