Observation. Two persons who were transporting children to the facility from school do not meet the requirement of an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.
Corrective action. The licensee said that no children require transportation today, and the children's parents will be arranging transportation after today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The daily attendance reviewed showed that on at least 3 dates there were children's attendance records had not been recorded.
Corrective action. The licensee corrected this during the inspection.
