A licensee must ensure that each piece of furniture or equipment for sleeping (c) is appropriate for the size, age and development of the children intended to use it. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection, an infant was sleeping in a car seat, during nap time.
Corrective action. After discussion, the child was moved to a crib.

A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are (a) suitable for the age and development of the children.
Observation. One play kitchen outside was in need of repair or replacement.
