  Observation. Upon review of documentation it was noted that several Service Delivery Problem incident reports were not submitted to Licensing within 24 hours of occurrence.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of employee record, it was noted that a new Criminal Record Check is required.

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that care plans required further information in order to be complete. It was also observed that two records reviewed required further information (Doctors' names/numbers) in order to be complete.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon inspection of the outdoor play area, it was observed that there is a large dug-out area that is accessible to children. The licensee states that a piece of play equipment used to be in this area. Licensing observed that there was some caution/flagging tape in the area, but it needed to be re-adjusted to adequately delineate the hazard and reduce risk of accidental accessing of the area. Inside it was noted that sleep mats were stored in a manner that allows for contact, which increases the risk of spread of communicable diseases.

  Observation. Sandbox in outdoor play area must be kept covered when not in use to ensure children do not have access to hazardous objects/substances.
