    Observation. Upon review of Criminal Record Checks on file it was noted that one resident over the age of 12 years requires an updated check. In order to reduce risk to children's safety, Criminal Record Checks are required for all persons over 12 years of age who live on site. Notify Licensing when the Criminal Record Check request has been submitted on or by July 31, 2025.

    Observation. Upon review of children's registration records it was noted that one child requires a care plan for a behavioural condition. Care Plans are required to ensure that any noted condition is addressed in an appropriate manner and that the parent is able to have input into the plan, along with support of any professionals the parent feels appropriate. Notify Licensing when a Care Plan has been completed for the noted condition, on or by July 31, 2025. Upon review of the Minor Incident Log, Fire Drill practice log, Emergency Preparedness Plan practice log, and Outdoor inspection log, all appear to be up-to-date.

    Observation. Upon discussion with the Licensee, her current First Aide Certificate is expired. A plan is in place to renew it in the near future. All other required documentation and certification is currently complete and valid.

    Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that two do not have care card numbers. All other records: attendance, Fire Drill practice, Emergency Preparedness practice, Minor Incident Log were also reviewed, and noted to appear complete.
