• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of registration records it is observed that one requires a Medical Practitioner name and number and one requires Other Identifying Information. The Medical Practitioner information is required so that the Licensee can provide it to Emergency Services if necessary. Other Identifying Information is required so that it can be provided to Emergency Services if necessary. Notify Licensing when all child records have been reviewed and updated as necessary by June 4, 2026.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of employee records it was noted that one required a resume in order to be complete.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that one record required medical practitioner name and number. Minor Incident log, Outdoor inspection Log, Fire Drill practice log, Emergency Preparedness Plan practice log all reviewed and appeared complete and current during inspection.

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of employee records it was noted that one requires a statement of immunization status.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. During inspection it was noted that a Service Delivery Problem incident report had not been submitted to Licensing when the facility had to close unexpectedly. A sampling of child records, Minor Incident Log, Fire Drill log, Emergency Preparedness Practice log, Outdoor maintenance log reviewed during inspection and appeared complete.
