  Observation. A record of the 2023 emergency plan review by all staff was not accessible at time of inspection.

  Observation. One employee file was reviewed. Criminal record check has been completed through the RCMP instead of the Criminal Records Review Program as required.

  Observation. An employee file was reviewed during inspection. Missing items include valid criminal record clearance letter, immunization status and references. All required documentation must be obtained and kept on file prior to employment.

  Observation. LO Vermeulen reviewed child registration records at random. One record requires a care card number and photo. Please provide Licensing with the system that will be put in place to ensure all required information is collected prior to a child attending facility.
