  Observation. While the School Age program was in operation, there were 2 children in attendance that did not meet the age requirement.

  Corrective action. Licensee explained that she will not have any children attend who do not meet the age requirement. She will inform those parents today.

  Observation. Staff could not access children's records as the Licensee had them off site.

  Corrective action. Ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times which includes inaccessible blind cords.

  Observation. A facility supervision plan for when children use the washroom is in place but was observed to not being followed at the time of the inspection posing a risk to the children in care. The LO reviewed this item in depth with the Licensee at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure children are supervised at all times and supervision plans in place are being followed.

  Observation. Several children enrolled and attending the program did not have registration records available or complete at the time of the inspection. The LO reviewed this item in depth with the Licensee at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure current records for each child are available, accurate and complete.

  Corrective action. Ensure accurate daily attendance records are maintained which includes the date, arrival and departure time.

  Observation. Two children in attendance at the time of the inspection did not have evidence of Medical Practitioner available. The LO reviewed this item in depth with the Licensee at the time of the inspection. One child additionally did not have evidence of an emergency contact available.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's registration information is complete including Dr's name and contact details and emergency contact details.
