  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. Storage or cleaning materials such as mops and laundry was located in more than one bathroom. Chairs were stacked in the infant toddler program and tables on their side. Fans were located on shelves in the Group child care (30m-School Age)

  Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided. Please provide a written response how you addressed the contravention.

  A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility both the licence, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and the name of the manager.

  Observation. The original License was not displayed. A copy of another facility License was displayed in one of the programs

  Corrective action. Ensure that the original License is displayed.

  A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate, or a copy of the certificate, of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.

  Observation. 1 educator certificate was not posted. 1 educator certificate is posted but the information was not able to be read.

  Corrective action. Ensure that each educator or assistant certificate is posted in a prominent place.
