  Observation. Upon review of several children's records, two were missing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Observation. Three children's files were reviewed. One child did not have evidence of a medical practitioner recorded in the file. The LO reviewed this item with the Licensee during the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files are complete including contact details of a medical practitioner.

  A licensee must (b) promote healthy eating and nutritional habits.

  Observation. Children's lunch and snack kits were stored on the counter of the facility. The LO reviewed suitable food storage practices with the License during the inspection to avoid food spoilage.

  Corrective action. Ensure healthy eating and nutritional habits are promoted.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Attendance records were reviewed during the inspection. Some departures were not recorded and other entries were not clear on the actual attendance on some days. LO reviewed in depth this requirement with the Licensee.

  Corrective action. Ensure accurate daily attendance records are kept including absences, arrival and departure time of all children.
