  Observation. Licensing observed that Licensee had not applied for an exemption to manage two facilities.

  Corrective action. Ensure to not employ as a manager a person who, at the time that the person is managing the licensee's community care facility, is also managing another community care facility.

  Observation. Licensing observed that an educator in ratio had an expired certificate and did not meet Schedule E.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

  A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.

  Observation. The fire extinguisher has not been serviced annually.

  Corrective action. The licensee said she will get it serviced.

  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. An emergency drill has been conducted but not recorded.

  Corrective action. The licensee said she will record the recent drill.
