  Observation. The Licensee was unable to locate the written record of emergency drill but stated they were completed.

  Corrective action. ensure that a record of emergency drill is recorded.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.

  Observation. one of three children's files did not contain a medical practitioner name and telephone number.

  Corrective action. Ensure that each child has a record of medical practitioner name and phone numbers.

• EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. The diaper changing mat was observed to have some damage. LO reviewed this during the inspection with the Licensee.

  Corrective action. Ensure all furniture and equipment is in good repair.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

  Observation. Four children's files were reviewed and one child did not have evidence of a medical insurance plan number.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files are complete including Care Card Numbers.
