Observation. - Some staff files are missing evidence that the Licensee has validated the educator's certificates (both new and renewed). A person must not be employed in the facility as an educator unless the person holds a certificate which must be verified by the Licensee using a system established and maintained by the Province's Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Registry. *Correct by: June 5, 2026.*

Observation. The facility was licensed in August 2025. Testing for radon gas for this facility has not been completed by the Licensee as required. The test kit must be deployed for a minimum of 90 days over the 2026/2027 winter months. *Notify Licensing when the test kit has been deployed by November 30, 2026.*

Observation. - Some of the children's records are missing doctor/clinic contact information. To ensure that the staff have immediate access to the children's emergency medical information, when taking the children away from the facility and/or in the event of an emergency evacuation, this information must be complete and up to date. *Correct by: June 5, 2026.* Other records such as the daily attendance, child care plans, minor incident logs, and the play space inspection log are complete and up to date as required.

Observation. - The children have access to hazardous products located on the floor in a hallway storage closet. *Resolved during the inspection.* - The children in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) have access to medicated diaper creams stored in drawers. - The children have access to sunscreen. Ensure children in care do not have access to any potentially hazardous substances and/or products labelled with "Keep out of reach of children." - Temperatures in some of the fridges located in the program rooms measured above 4°C. To ensure safe food storage and prevent food borne illness, the temperature must not exceed 4°C. *All of the items listed above must be corrected by: June 2, 2026.*
