Ensure to keep a current photo of each child and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency. • There was no log of play inspections for the outdoor play area. Ensure to keep a log of play space inspections, maintenance and repairs.

Observation. • During the inspection, the Licensing Officer observed that the outdoor play area was not enclosed, which could pose a hazard to children's safety. Ensure that the entire outdoor play area is enclosed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children. • At the time of inspection, the gym was accessible to children. Ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
