Observation. Some hazardous products found accessible to the children in the hallway closet and laundry area. Ensure these products are made inaccessible to the children.

Observation. - The Licensing Officer observed hazardous products accessible to the children in the entry way and the bathroom and kitchen cupboards under the sink. Ensure that the safety latches on any storage cupboards that contain hazardous products are latched securely when children are present. - The wooden fence that encloses the outside play yard requires repair. - Ensure that there is a 6 ft clearance at the bottom of the blue slide on the little climber to promote safe entering and exiting of the equipment.

Observation. Licensing observed hazardous products and objects such as gas cans containing fuel in the outside storage shed, razors in the bathroom, and dietary supplements in the kitchen cupboard which were accessible to the children in care.
