    Observation. The Licensing Officer observed the following: - debris and other objects were observed amongst the bushes by the edge of the outside play yard and by the retaining wall above the rock pathway. - pet excrement was observed in the outside play yard used by the children. - a bucket full of standing water was observed in the outside play yard used by the children. - a bedroom that was deemed off limits and not used for child care must be made inaccessible to the children in care. - the fridge in the kitchen, which was used to store the children's lunches, contained food particles and needed cleaning.

    Observation. Licensing observed some heavy items stored on top of white cupboards e.g. games and wooden puzzles in the main playroom and a fan on high window shelf in the naproom. This represents a safety concern in the event of an earthquake.
