    Observation. • The Licensing Officer reviewed children's emergency records and found some incomplete. Ensure to keep a current photo of each child and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency. • There was no log of play inspections for the outdoor play area. Ensure to keep a log of play space inspections, maintenance and repairs.

  • C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

    Observation. The diaper mat has a tear. Ensure the facility, furniture, equipment and fixtures are clean and in good repair. The Licensing Officer observed a toy equipment and a shelf need securing. Ensure equipment, furniture, and supplies are sturdy, safe and free from hazards.

    Observation. The outdoor play space is not set up with enough toys/equipment for children's use.

    Observation. Radon results have not been submitted to licensing.

    Observation. No evidence of fire drills.

    Observation. A log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events was not available at time of inspection. Daily attendance records were not available at time of inspection. Photo's of children not available at time of inspection. Log of all play space inspection was not available at time of inspection.

    Observation. No evidence of a method for sanitizing table surfaces prior to serving food.

    Observation. The gate located in the outdoor play space is in poor repair. Hazardous objects located in the out door play space. These include: - the storage shed is unlocked and contains sharp yard tools. -rotten fruit on the ground -large cement blocks require removal Heated water in the bathroom sink exceeded 49 degrees.
