Observation. The floor plan has changed. The storage room is renovated, and a door is added that provides access to the children’s main play area. Not having an updated floor plan can pose a risk to safety during emergencies. By March 17, 2026, submit how you have corrected the issue and ensure that immediate notification is provided to Licensing for any change to information included in the application.

Observation. The fire drill was not conducted in February. Not regularly practicing the drill results in staff being unprepared and may lead to panic, confusion, and slower evacuation times. Submit by March 17, 2026, how you have corrected the issue.

Observation. C4.1D - The Licensing Officer reviewed the facility's log of minor accidents and found it to be incomplete. Ensure to keep a current log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events. C4.1K - The Licensing Officer reviewed some children's records and found them incomplete. Ensure to develop a care plan for each child requiring extra support. C4.1T - The Licensing Officer reviewed the log of play inspections and found it to be incomplete. Ensure to keep a current log of all play space inspections, maintenance and repairs.

Observation. C7.1A - At the time of inspection, the Licensing Officer observed a stack of wood on the driveway that could pose a hazard to children's safety. Additionally, the outdoor play area's shed was observed to be accessible to children. Ensure that areas intended to be inaccessible to children are securely maintained, providing a safe environment at all times.
- C9.1 - Are there plans and actions in place to ensure medications are stored and administered properly?Non-critical
Observation. C9.1B At the time of inspection, the Licensing Officer reviewed the medication administration system in place and found it incomplete. More information is required to ensure the instructions specify the dose and time the medication is to be administered.
