  Observation. It was observed the employee file was not complete. Items missing included, character references, a record of the person's work history, and immunization status. Submit to licensing by June 12, 2025, evidence the missing records are contained in the employee's file.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. It was observed the fire exit double doors located in the facility were locked with baby cabinet locks. Hampering an emergency exit poses risk to children in case of fire or other emergency. Submit to licensing by June 12, 2025, evidence that the emergency exit is not hampered.

  Observation. Protective surfacing requires replenishing.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. - Two reportable incidents were identified from the log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events dated December 13, 2021 and February 23, 2022. Submit to Licensing Direct as discussed. - The child registration form in use does not contain information to readily identify a child in an emergency. - One child record is missing a medical practitioner name and phone number.

  Observation. Accessible heated water tested at 61.5 degrees Celsius. As discussed, this will need to be immediately resolved.
