Observation. The employee to child ratio is not being met. At 9.15am there were 9 children with one employee until a second employee arrived at 9.30am. To meet the requirements of Schedule E of the Regulation, the employee to child ratio must be maintained at all times. Submit by April 08, 2026, confirmation that the employee to child ratio is being met.

Observation. The Licensing Officer observed that an employee's Criminal Record Check clearance letter was missing. Ensure a person is not employed until the manager has obtained the required records. This is a repeated contravention.

Observation. The Licensing Officer observed the following: • Two child records were missing name and telephone number of medical practitioners. Ensure child records are kept complete. • The daily attendance record did not indicate accurate departure time of children from the program. Ensure daily attendance record indicates the accurate time of arrival and departure of each child.

Observation. The following was unresolved from the previous Routine Inspection: • Radon results have not been provided for the facility.

Observation. There are no records of illnesses that have occurred while children are in care. Child registration records were reviewed, some required information was missing. An employee's criminal record check was not available to review at the facility.

Observation. The kitchen door was open, making sharp knives and chemicals accessible to children. The door was closed during the inspection.
