Observation. One staff had an ECE certificate that expired on March 8, 2024. One staff had an ECEA certificate that expired in December 2023. A discussion was held with the manager regarding applying for a staffing exemption.

Observation. The Licensee used to keep a log of playground inspections on the daily sign in and out sheet. The Licensee has implemented digital sign in and out through Bright Wheel and no longer keeps a log of outdoor inspections. A discussion was held to implement a playground inspection log.
