Observation. Licensing observed that one of the wood logs on the sand play hut roof was rotten at the top. The log was loose on both ends and no longer properly secured to the supporting posts. A discussion was held to remove the log right away and install a new log once ordered.

Observation. Licensing observed the following: *the west side of the playground being cordoned off with tape to block children's access due to building exterior repairs. A plan is in place to address this issue. *exterior paint on building foundation appeared to be flaking and peeling off.

Observation. Some of the mats with bedding were stored in a manner that they were touching each other creating the potential for cross contamination.

Observation. One child in care with an Epi Pen did not have a complete anaphylaxis care plan in place. This child had an administration of medication form as their care plan. The Licensee is in the process of developing a care plan for another child who is supported by Supported Child Development.
