    Observation. Licensing observed: -Planter boxes located on the playground were accessible to children but did not contain plants. Children had previously been observed climbing on these boxes, which presents a high risk of injury due to the surrounding concrete surface. Children should only climb on designated climbing equipment.

    Observation. Licensing observed: -One sleeping mat was damaged and could not be properly cleaned or sanitized due to exposed porous material. -The changing mat was in poor condition and could not be properly cleaned or sanitized due to exposed porous material. -Carpets were not clean. -The floor underneath the carpets had not been cleaned; debris was noted note :photos taken during the inspection

    Observation. LO noted that no fire drills were recorded for the month of February and March,2026. A record for earthquake drills was noted for February and March 2026.

Please label all spray bottles accordingly. - cleaning items were stored in bathroom`s bathtub and they were accessible to children - the changing mat had visible damage
