  Observation. Licensing observed criminal record checks for the manager and 1 staff have recently expired. Requests for new criminal record checks was submitted by the manager.

  The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

  Observation. A wooden slab on the floor is no longer in good repair and poses a hazard to the children.

  Observation. The facility has a music teacher in once a week, Licensing observed that they do not have a criminal record check on file.
