Observation. Licensing observed that the facilities emergency supplies for food and water had expired.

All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]
Observation. All staff files are kept at head office, Licensing observed a staff list posted stating that several Criminal Record Checks have expired.

Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]
Observation. Licensing observed that there were no fire drill or emergency records for the current school year. The manager stated that they have been conducted and she will record the dates. Licensing reminded that when the yearly fire drill does not replace the fire drill on the month that it is practiced.
