Observation. LO noted one child epi-pen was expired. The manager was asked to call the parent to either immediately bring an up to date medication or to pick up the child.

Observation. Licensing reviewed staff records and noted missing ECE certificate verifications for two full-time employees. A discussion took place on how to acquire these verifications.

Observation. Licensing observed unlocked drawers and cupboards in the kitchen containing adult sized scissors, thumbtacks, knives, a box cutter and chemicals. Licensing also observed an unlocked storage room, leading to a boiler room.

Observation. Spray bottles with soapy water were not available. Licensing observed a staff sanitizing the table without cleaning it first.
