  Observation. Licensing observed one child to be missing medical practitioner information. Facility has transitioned into an electronic system for children's records, which can sometimes be missing information that is available in the main files at the office. Licensing recommends transferring all required information from the main files at the head office, to the files accessed by Educators at the facility in order to provide consistency.

  Observation. *The cord from the light table was observed to loose and accessible to children.

  Staff are trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and the emergency plan, including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(a)]

  Observation. *The Manager was unable to adequately describe to CCFL the procedure for accessing the emergency preparedness supplies that are kept on the UBC site.
