Observation. There are emergency cards available within the room, but these have very limited information. LO was able to review the centre tablet that has children's files. What is the plan if the tablet was not working or available? How would children's files be available in emergent cases. The information in the children's files were complete, with the exception of two children who have emergency contacts who are the same as parent.
