    Observation. In the children's washroom LO observed: Licensee's person toiletry items accessible to the children in care and a open garbage bin with dirty diapers. The lid wouldn't close because it was full.

    Observation. L O observed several hazardous items accessible to the children in care: On the kitchen counter; Licensee's personal prescription bottles, disinfectant spray bottle and disinfectant wipes on the counter in the children's washroom.

    Heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius. [CCLR Sec.47]

    Observation. LO measured the water temperature in the children's washroom sink. LO observed that the temperature read 56 degrees Celsius.
