  Observation. LO observed that three of the children's records were missing emergency contact information.

  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. In the children's washroom LO observed: Licensee's person toiletry items accessible to the children in care and a open garbage bin with dirty diapers. The lid wouldn't close because it was full.

  Hazardous objects and substances are inaccessible to children. [CCLR Sec 17]

  Observation. L O observed several hazardous items accessible to the children in care: On the kitchen counter; Licensee's personal prescription bottles, disinfectant spray bottle and disinfectant wipes on the counter in the children's washroom.

  Heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius. [CCLR Sec.47]

  Observation. LO measured the water temperature in the children's washroom sink. LO observed that the temperature read 56 degrees Celsius.

  Emergency exits and fire drill system are approved by a local Fire Marshal. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO observed that the Fire Extinguisher requires serving.

  Observation. Licensing observed that a child did not have an Emergency Anaphylaxis Action Plan and a parent request to administer medication.
